Player Values in Picks
This Privacy Policy explains how the Qlinch: Player Values in Picks Chrome extension (also referred to as the Pick Equivalence extension; collectively the “Extension”) and the Qlinch website (the “Site”) collect, use, and store data.
Last updated: March 8, 2026
1. What data the Extension accesses
When you use the Extension on supported dynasty fantasy football websites, it reads fantasy football–related data visible on those pages in order to calculate and display 2026 rookie pick equivalence values. Supported sites currently include Dynasty Daddy, KeepTradeCut, and FantasyCalc. Data read may include:
- Player names
- Dynasty trade values and rankings displayed on the page
- Positional or format context visible on the page (for example, superflex or PPR)
All processing of this data happens locally inside your browser. The Extension does not transmit the values it reads from these pages to Qlinch servers or any third party. No personally identifiable information (PII) is read or collected by the Extension during normal use.
2. Data the Extension fetches from Qlinch servers
To perform pick equivalence calculations, the Extension may request reference data from Qlinch backend services, such as:
- Rookie pick equivalence conversion rates and thresholds
- Qlinch-generated player valuation data used to power the displayed column
These requests do not include your player rankings, trade history, league data, or any identifying information. The data returned is used solely to display pick equivalence values inside the Extension.
3. Data collected through the Qlinch website signup
Separately from the Extension, the Qlinch website offers an optional early-access signup form. If you choose to submit this form, the following information may be collected:
- Sleeper username — used to access your league trade history from the Sleeper platform via their public API, for the purpose of building and improving Qlinch’s dynasty market model.
- Email address — used to notify you when new features and updates are released.
Providing this information is entirely voluntary. The Extension functions without it. Submitting this form constitutes your consent for Qlinch to access the associated Sleeper trade history data and to contact you at the provided email address about Qlinch updates.
Qlinch does not sell this information to third parties and does not use it for purposes beyond those described above.
4. Sleeper trade history data
When a Sleeper username is provided via the signup form, Qlinch may retrieve trade history associated with that account through the Sleeper public API. This data is used to:
- Identify real dynasty trade patterns and market values
- Improve Qlinch’s player valuation and pick equivalence models
Qlinch does not store or publish individually identifiable trade records. Trade data is aggregated and used only to inform Qlinch’s internal models. You may request deletion of your submitted information by contacting us at the address below.
5. Storage and retention
Email addresses and Sleeper usernames submitted via the signup form are stored securely and retained as long as necessary to provide the service and deliver feature updates. Aggregated trade model data derived from Sleeper trade history is retained as long as needed to maintain Qlinch’s analytics. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
6. Third parties
Qlinch does not sell your data to third parties. Infrastructure and hosting providers may process data on Qlinch’s behalf solely for service delivery, under appropriate data protection agreements. The Extension interacts with Dynasty Daddy, KeepTradeCut, and FantasyCalc only by reading content already displayed in your browser; no data about your activity on those sites is sent to Qlinch.
7. Extension permissions and scope
The Extension requests only the browser permissions necessary to:
- Read dynasty value data displayed on supported fantasy football websites
- Fetch pick equivalence reference data from Qlinch backend services
- Inject the pick equivalence column into supported pages
You can review and revoke the Extension’s permissions at any time in your browser’s extension settings.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the Extension and Site evolve. Significant changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Extension or Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
9. Contact
